A time for couples to get married or renew your commitment on the beautiful joust grounds of the Kansas City Renaissance Festival in our large group ceremony.

EVENT DETAILS

$89.95 per couple – includes festival admission, ceremony, reception and a chance to win great prizes!

Couples must register by 12:00 PM on September 21, 2026. Couples need to check in at the Media/VIP entrance (south of the King’s Gate) starting at 10AM. The ceremony will be held at the Shadowgate Downs Joust Field at 12:00 PM. Couples are then welcome to join our Daily Parade. Cake and punch will follow after the parade.

Ceremony & Festival Admission Prices

Guests are welcome to attend the Wedding of the Century as well! Their ticket will include admission to the Festival and the Ceremony.

  • ADULT GUESTS: $18.50
  • CHILD GUESTS (5-12): $12

Reception Prices

Guests are welcome to attend the Reception for an additional price.

  • ADULT GUESTS: $10
  • CHILD GUESTS (5-12): $5

 All paid couples will be sent a special online link within 72 hours of registering for you to purchase your guests admission and/or reception tickets in advance.  If a guest wishes to purchase their admission ticket the day of, they may do so at the box office as regular admission applies.   Please make sure your guests know to arrive early enough to allow time for parking as well as time to get through the front gate.  We want to make sure they don’t miss your special day!

IMPORTANT DETAILS

Weddings will be conducted by a licensed officiant. If you are getting married, you must bring your marriage license. Please arrive early to ensure all paperwork is completed in time.

If you are not a Kansas resident, be sure to check your state’s laws regarding where a ceremony can be held. You may need to get your license in Kansas or have an earlier ceremony in your state before Wedding of the Century.
