Volunteers check-in at our main King’s gate entrance off of N. 130th street at 9 AM. You will be working on: lights, decorations, grounds cleanup!
Become a Friend of Festival
For each 6 hour shift you volunteer you’ll receive 4 tickets to Kansas City Renaissance Festival (if volunteering for two days you can opt to receive a season pass instead of tickets).
For each 12 hours volunteered you’ll receive either 4 more tickets or a season pass and a Friend of Festival t-shirt.
For 36 hours volunteered you’ll also receive a Friend of Festival hoodie.
Must be 16 years or older. Children 16-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Due to limited space available, when registering please register for all dates you want to volunteer on at once. Also, please register at least three days prior to the day you wish to volunteer. This gives us time to prep project equipment.
Please come dressed and prepared to be outside in the weather, closed toed sturdy shoes, work gloves, hat, sunscreen, bug spray etc. Bring a water bottle as well and on weekdays (M-F) your lunch. On Saturdays and Sundays lunch is provided.
