Donations
The Kansas City Renaissance Festival is happy to support charitable organizations that make a positive impact on our community!
Request Eligibility
- 501c3 Non-profit organizations or other charitable organizations are welcome to fill out the donation request below.
- Requests must be for fundraising purposes only (ex. raffle, silent or live auction).
Application Process.
- Requests must be received at least 6 weeks prior to the event.
- Donations are limited to one request per organization each calendar year.
Request Fulfillment
- Please understand that request fulfillment is not immediate. Charitable donation are done on a rolling basis and filled sequentially based on order of events.
- Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a donation.
- Donations will be mailed to the address provided.
