Bring Your Dog – The Festival Is Dog Friendly!

The Festival is dog friendly and it only costs $10!

In order to bring your dog to the Festival, you must fill out a Registration Form including your dog’s vaccination records and a photo of your dog.

You can purchase your dog’s ticket at the Will Call window at the Festival.

You must check in at Will Call upon arriving at the Festival with your dog.

Please have your vaccine records and photo ready when you arrive, even if you have submitted them below.

Dog Requirements

To be eligible to bring your dog to the Festival the following terms must be met:

  1. DOGS ONLY! No other pets will be allowed on festival grounds!

  2. No puppies under the age of 6 months allowed

    • This is to protect the puppy, who has not yet received all of its vaccinations, and to protect all other dogs at the Festival who could be susceptible to the puppy’s potential diseases.

  3. All Dogs must be on a leash at all times

  4. Dog leashes cannot exceed 4 feet

  5. Owners must clean up after their dogs

  6. Only one dog per owner will be allowed

  7. Dog Owners must report any accidents to first aid immediately

  8. All Dogs must have their Festival tag or ribbon visible at all times

  9. Paper proof of rabies vaccinations from vet (or screenshot of shot record) is required for dog entry

Proof of vaccinations is required for dog entry.

Dog Admission

  • $10 per pet
  • $5 on Pet Weekend and Knights of Lights
  • All service animals will be admitted into the Kansas City Renaissance Festival free of charge, in accordance with ADA Regulations and the Kansas Human Rights Act.
