Artisan Vendors

We are always looking for outside artisan vendors with unique handmade crafts!

Apply below to set up a booth during one of our themed weekends at the Kansas City Renaissance Festival, our Knights of Lights Festival and our Kegs ‘n’ Eggs event.

Learn More About Vending at KCRF:

  • Vendors will have 10×10 spaces.
    • Larger spaces may be available at additional costs!
  • You may select multiple weekends that you are available for.
  • We are only looking for unique handmade crafts.
    • We are currently not accepting food, beverage, clothing, dice, 3-D printing, laser engraving and leather at this time for the 2025 Kansas City Renaissance Festival. 
  • Vendor set-up will be 9AM – 5PM on the Friday before the weekend.

How to Become a Vendor at KCRF:

  • Submit application below and finalize agreement with Craft Coordinator.
  • Once you have been approved, pay your booth fees! The Kansas City Renaissance Festival is $300 per weekend in our Tradewinds area.
    • Other booth fees are dependent on location of the booth.  
  • Acquire and maintain a one million dollar commerical General Liability insurance policy with the Kansas City Renaissance Festival as the additionally insured.
  • Visiting vendors must have a background check done and abide by the KCRF harassment policy.
  • Acquire a tax clearance letter from this website. 
  • Secure a $60 operational permit from the city of Bonner Springs. This will need to be renewed yearly.

How to Become a Vendor at Knights of Lights:

  • Submit application below and finalize agreement with Craft Coordinator.
  • Once you have been approved, pay your booth fees! Knights of Lights is $300 for the entire event whether participating for one night or all nights plus a gift certificate or item that can be used for the door prize drawing.
  • Acquire and maintain a one million dollar commercial General liability insurance policy with the Kansas City Renaissance Festival as the additionally insured.
  • Acquire a tax clearance letter from here: https://www.kdor.ks.gov/apps/taxclearance/SpecialEvent.aspx
  • Secure a $60 operational permit from the city of Bonner Springs. That is one time per year.
