1. During the period of this agreement, Company agrees to a minimum of 10 pre-buy adult tickets in order to qualify for the discount price specified above. No refunds will be given on unsold pre-buy tickets.
2. Company agrees to remit full payment at time of purchase. This payment is to be made in the form of CHECK or CREDIT CARD (no cash). Checks should be made payable to Kansas City Renaissance Festival and forwarded to the attention of the Sales Department, 628 N. 126th Street, Bonner Springs, KS 66012.
3. All purchases by employees, members or patrons are nonrefundable.
4. Should the supply of tickets bought in original Pre-Buy be depleted, additional Pre-Buy tickets may be requested at the above contracted rate. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
5. Once the Pre-Buy Ticket Sales Agreement is signed, the price and quantity of tickets ordered and minimum number of tickets to be sold is firm. Any surcharge or change in the above selling price must be requested in writing by the Company. Price may change only upon written approval of authorized Kansas City Renaissance Festival representative whose signature appears below.
6. The Pre-Buy Ticket Sales Agreement is for the express use of Company employees, members or patrons.
7. Signature indicates acceptance of the proceeding agreement and authority to enter into the contract.
Any and all attached riders are an integral and binding part of this contract. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency between the provisions of the Company contract and rider, the provisions of Kansas City Renaissance Festival contract and rider shall in all respects govern and control. Agreement of Company to all proceeding terms and conditions is indicated by the signature above. This agreement becomes effective only when received and approved by Mid-America Festivals, whereupon it shall become a binding contract between Kansas City Renaissance Festival and Company, Heirs, Successors and Assigns, in accordance with its terms and conditions.
