The Kansas City Renaissance Festival requests the names and phone numbers of the Booth Supervisor(s) prior to the start of Festival, to ensure better communication between Area Managers and Non-Profit Organizations. Organization is expected to participate in Site Day (the Saturday before Festival opens) to clean their booth(s) and participate in Festival training.
